HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders can be placed via email or  telephone, all stocked items are despatched within 1 to 2 working days, either by Royal Mail or parcel force depending on the size of the item.  We also offer a local delivery service for extra large items and of course collection is available if you prefer.

Please allow 7 working days for bespoke made to order items although we do aim to despatch sooner wherever possible.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit / debit card and of course good old cash if you are local.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We aim to please and hope you will never require this service....

All items are fully checked before they leave us, but in the unfortunate event your item is received damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Should you need to return an item it must be in original unused condition and once approved by us a full refund will be issued with the exception of the return postage cost.
